Elements 5.0 red eye fix

I fixed a photo, and deleted the original by mistake. Now one eye is black
and the other eye is correct.
How can I copy the correct eye over the black eye?

Copy the good eye to the bad eye (black) eye. Sometimes I use the
Clone Stamp Tool (S) to do this.
